We are a well established company, with a capacity to product up to 50 vector files on a daily basis. We work with clients and individuals that typically submit 10 to 20 vector conversions at a time.

Q: What’s the turn-around time?
Simple artwork conversions is within 1 day, complex could be 2 to 4 days.
Q: How long does it take to convert 50 images?
About 10 days including file transfers, QA, etc. Timing changes with the level of complexity.
Q: Why do I need to send samples? Is there a cost to convert samples?
Your samples will eliminate future questions. Your quote and volume discount will be more accurate. There is NO COST to convert the samples. In some cases, (to avoid abuse) we request a deposit towards the volume order against the conversions.
Q: Do you offer FTP upload / download?
Yes. Clients can upload large files via FTP and download vectorized files by FTP. If needed, we can setup a direct web based FTP export feature to send files directly into your own FTP server.
Q: Can I upload large files to your server?
Yes. We can handle any size, any file format and large file uploads. All this is done on our 100% private, secure and scalable servers that run on Amazon Web Services.

Q: When you convert a JPEG to vector, is the charge by image size or number of colors?
Price does not depend on image size. It depends on the level of details, number of colors and shapes within your artwork. We charge according to the number of colors separated for certain files that can need color separated vector artwork.
Q: Do you offer free revisions?
Yes. Revisions are free. Changes could add some charges for new time spent on the work.
Q: If I send 2 logos in one day and requested a 72 hour turn around time, will both of the logos be back in the 72 hours or just one?
Yes, both will be back in 72 hours, not only two jobs you can place as many jobs you want you can send in a single day.
Q: Do you change black & white images to color by request?
Yes we can convert B&W images into color versions. For best results, it helps if you provide the pantone color code to convert black and white artwork into color artwork.
Q: What types of formats do you send the file back in? Just .eps….or .ai as well?
Return file formats available: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .cdr and any other raster formats like .bmp, .tif, .psd. gif
Q: Do you set the halftones when you color separate?
Yes, the halftones are set during color separation.
Q: We use freehand here to output our color separations as well as Photoshop. We use fast films and fast rip. We output our film on an Epson Stylus Photo R1800. What programs to you use for vector conversions?
We use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
